Secant Chemicals Inc.

Secant Chemicals Inc. (a Delaware Corporation) was founded in 1992 by Dr. Charles Scanio (Ph.D., Organic Chemistry) and Professor James Timourian (Ph.D., Mathematics) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Integral Chemistry Inc. (see Related Companies). The initial focus of the company was the importation and distribution of photoactive diazo chemicals used in the printing, micro lithography and electronics industries.  As the exclusive North American representative of several major specialty chemical manufacturers in Eastern Europe, the company has enjoyed substantial growth and now offers a wide range of products and services.
